Fyshwick is the New (Suburban) Black

Today, Fyshwick is becoming “the new black” in suburbs.

Mostly known as the national capital’s premier and first industrial suburb, these days government departments (such as Defence, Social Security and more) have an (under-the-radar) presence here with offices on the right side of the railway tracks (ours, of course).

New cutting-edge cafes are thriving with appreciative local clientele who’ve been hanging out for decent coffee and a place to sit in the sun and eat gourmet foods such as:

  • Dream Cuisine
  • Flute
  • Pellegrino’s
  • Ona
  • …and more.

If you haven’t been to Fyshwick in a while, you’ll have missed the hidden (and not-so-hidden) gems that have been popping up all around.

If you like to be ahead of the pack, then you’ll want to find out a bit more and check us out.

Where do you find a BRW Top 50 company?

In Geelong Street, Fyshwick, of course… the Nova Group.

According to a recent staff advertisement:
” the last 3 out of 4 years Nova were voted in BRW’s “Top 50 best places to work”.”
“Nova was recently ranked 11th in the BRW “Top 50 Most Innovative Companies”

I think we are punching above our weight, as they say!
